How did you find us?

Federal court filings are public. Your store's name was on a list of new filings for your court, and your public pages were then checked with software. If the suit is about something other than your website, please ignore my message.

Is this a scam?

Read the sample record and the code patches on this site. You pay nothing until you have read the record, and you can show it to your attorney first. I do not ask for card details, customer data or a deposit. My name and postal address are on every page.

Can we talk?

I work in writing. Send me the list in the complaint, or your attorney's questions, and I will reply with scope and a date. I aim to reply within one working day.

Do you have insurance?

No E&O at this stage. The contract caps liability at the fee, and your store stays untouched until you publish the duplicate.

Will this end the case?

No one can promise that. I give you and your attorney the facts of what was fixed and when.

Are you a lawyer?

No. I am a software tester. The record is a technical record and not legal advice. Questions about the case belong with your attorney.

Do you hold an accessibility credential?

No. I hold no IAAP certificate and no DHS Trusted Tester certificate today. You can judge the work from the sample record and from the steps in your own record, which your attorney or a developer can repeat.

Do you pay anyone for referrals?

No. I pay no referral fees and take none.
