Last updated 5 November 2026. These terms apply to a record ordered in writing from Novruz Veliiev, software tester, Serbska str, 8, Sumy, Ukraine.

Scope

One Shopify store and its live theme. The test covers the home page, a collection, a product, the cart, search, the contact page and one content page, on the dates stated in the record. The checkout is run by Shopify and is outside the theme. Code added by apps may be outside what I can change, and the record says so where that applies. If the store is too large or too custom for the fixed price, I will say so in writing before I start.

Sample limits

The record describes the listed pages on the dates tested, with the browsers and assistive technology it names. It says nothing about other pages, other dates or later changes to the store.

Technical record, not legal advice

The record is a technical record of what was tested, what was changed and what happened on retest. I am not a law firm and nothing I deliver is legal advice. I give no legal opinion. I do not sign statements or declarations for a case.

No promises about outcomes

I make no promise about any case or claim, and I make no statement that the store meets any law or standard. What the record means for a case is a question for your attorney.

Duplicate theme, you publish

I work in a duplicate of your live theme and never publish a theme. Your live store stays as it is. You read the record first. The duplicate stays unpublished until you have paid the invoice, and then you publish it yourself when you choose.

Access and data

I need a collaborator or staff account limited to themes. I do not need customers, orders or payment data, and I do not read them. The access and credentials are dropped on delivery.

Price and payment

$1,490 fixed per store, in US dollars, with no deposit. I send the record and an invoice together. You read it first, then pay by bank transfer within 14 days. If something does not do what these terms say, tell me in writing within those 14 days and I will correct it.

Referrals

I pay no referral fees and take none.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for the work is capped at the fee you paid. I hold no E&O insurance at this stage.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If we disagree, we first try to resolve it in writing.
